Sandford is unlike anything else in Carrum Downs. The masterplan has been purposefully designed to ensure residents enjoy the benefits of a bustling suburban hub with the tranquillity of home life. All 162 homes are set among a secluded and picturesque green link of gardens. This brings a sense of balance to the community and enables residents to connect and unwind from their busy lives. Like you, we believe that a home is more than four walls and roof over our head, it includes the whole neighbourhood. Kids riding their bikes along the street, a quick chat a neighbour and a general feeling of being part of a community. This is why so much thought has gone into the Sandford neighbourhood.
