Moment Group has an excellent career opportunity for an articulate, highly skilled Customer Service Representative within a growing Real Estate company. Do you love building solid customer relationships? Then this position may be for you. This is a long-term permanent opportunity which starts the end of March!
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and placing telephone calls
- Provides accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.
- Adheres to security policies and maintains confidentiality of records and client information
- Entering customer information into company database
Requirements
Skills/Qualifications
- Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
